Foundational Course Level 1 Syllabus

The foundational course focuses on balancing the body overall and Myofascial release. This course is a 3-Day workshop.

Day 1, 9am-5pm (Break 12-1pm)

Coming into Balance

  1. Balance, Find it in the body 
  2. Self Balancing, Finding your field
  3. Finding other people’s fields
  4. Touch, Not too much, Just right
  5. Entrainment (balloon and hands)

Sitting Releases 

  1. Standing Sacral Release
  2. T1/Clavicle Release
  3. Sitting Thoracic Release
  4. Sitting Spinal Unwinding
  5. Sitting Arm Unwinding
  6. Puppet Release
  7. Rib Release
  8. Cranial protocol, sitting

Day 2, 9am-5pm (Break 12-1pm)

Supine Releases

  1. Leg Unwinding

  3. T1/Clavicle release

Intra-Oral Course Level 2 Syllabus

The Intra-Oral course focuses on bringing balance to the fascia of the visceral cranium. This is a 1-Day workshop.

Advanced Course Level 3 Syllabus

The advanced training focuses on Myofascial release and Craniosacral techniques that help mom and baby to be more comfortable in their body after gestation and birth. The facilitation of the release of these restrictions commonly caused by the limits of the space of the womb and the interventions done during childbirth and immediate postpartum can help to remedy lip tie, tongue tie, breastfeeding issues, colic, developmental lags and general discomfort for babies.

Day 1, 9am – 5pm (Break 12-1pm)

Pregnancy

  1. Palpating, determine the babies location 
  2. Femur into pelvis
  3. Side lying sacral release
  4. Knee into hip socket
  5. Psoas release
  6. Bladder lift 
  7. Fundus release, respiratory diaphragm
  8. Shoulders and T1
  9. Occipital release
  10. C4 cerebral spinal fluid flow regulation (in adults only). 

Day 2, 9am – 5pm (Break 12-1pm)

Baby Basics

  1. Flexion, what’s the pattern?
  2. Flexion, what’s the pattern?
  3. Spinal unwinding
  4. Sacral unwinding
  5. Leg unwinding
  6. Respiratory diaphragm
  7. Arm unwinding
  8. Full cranial protocol
    1. Frontal
    2. Sphenoid
    3. Temporalis
    4. Mastoid process
    5. Parietal
    6. Occipital
    7. Zygoma, lifting the visor combo
    8. Masseter
    9. Mandible (maxilla released intraorally, see below)
    10. Hyoid
  9. Intraoral releases, baby specific
    1. Palate

    3. Tongue
    4. Upper lip, zygoma only if necessary
  10. T1 release on your shoulder
  11. Spinal vertebrae, tummy time
  12. Spinal release, upside down

Day 3, 9am – 5pm (Break 12-1pm)

Certification Requirements

Need to to have 6 hours of independent releases, before and after pictures, a brief video of your findings and an explanation of the releases you suspect will be needed based on your findings; a written description of releases performed and responses to the therapy, as well as a parental review of baby’s response 1-3 days later for certification.
